This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 C.P.C., is filed challenging the order, dated 24.12.2012, passed in E.A.No.405 of 2012 in E.A.No.206 of 2007 in E.P.No.59 of 2006 in O.S.No.992 of 2005, by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, wherein, the petition filed under Order XVII Rule 3 and Sections 94(e) and 151 CPC to permit the petitioner to adduce rebuttal evidence on behalf of the petitioner after completion of respondents evidence in the claim petition, was dismissed. As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, E.P., was closed on 17.12.2015 by the Executing Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
