Learned Government Pleader produced the proceedings dated 14.06.2017, where under the claim of the petitioners, in accordance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.5754 of 2017, was considered and by a reasoned order, the same was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that aggrieved thereby, petitioners filed W.P.No.22581 of 2017. 2.

The Court is satisfied that the order dated 14.06.2017 is in compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
