These writ petitions are filed feeling aggrieved by seizure of the respective lorries of the petitioners on the allegation that they were used in the illegal sand transportation.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology (TS) on instructions submitted that after the cases were adjourned, all the lorries were released on receipt of the prescribed penalties. Mr. K. Lakshmaiah, learned counsel,

representing Mr. V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P. Nos.35064, 35127, 34970 and 34984 of 2015, Mrs. S. Annapurna, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P. No.35136 of 2015 and Mr. K. Anthony Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P. No.35845 of 2015, accepted the above submission of the learned Government Pleader. In view the release of the seized vehicles of the petitioners, no further adjudication of these writ petitions is necessary. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
