This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.4 to call for the records relating to the Crime No.856/2013-14 of Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 34 (e) of the A.P. Excise Act, 1968 and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation filed charge sheet before the learned Magistrate and the matter has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
