I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition that petitioner shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District at 11.00 A.M. on every Monday, for a period of eight (08) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required, as directed in the order dated 15.07.2025 in the present petition. This Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and she is appearing before the Investigating Officer as on today, on every occasion and as she is residing in East Godavari District, it is difficult to her to relax the said condition. Therefore, she prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court and is cooperating with the investigation. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner i.e., the petitioner shall appear before the

concerned Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District at 11.00 A.M. on every Monday, for a period of eight (08) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, in Crl.P.No.8058 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
