This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 2nd respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.08.08.2019 against 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.09.09.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case was registered in Crime No.430/2019 on 08.09.2019 under Sections 506 and 504 IPC on the file of Alwal Police Station. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
