JUSTI CE ANI S WRI T PETI TI ON No.40638 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking implementation of the interim order dated 27.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.1665 of 2016. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the authorities to pay provisional pension to the petitioner within a time frame.
Learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) concedes that no writ petition was filed challenging the aforestated order passed by the Tribunal and that the file in relation to implementation of the said order is in process.
That being so, it is not open to the respondents to fail to implement the order passed by the Tribunal as long back as on 27.04.2016.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to give effect to the interim order dated 27.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.1665 of 2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
