Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.
It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.12358 of 2019 by its order dated 21.06.2019. The same is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Company. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the Occupancy certificate from the Municipal Corporation concerned within a period of six months, and if no such Occupancy certificate is produced within the stipulated period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
