ORDER

The principle complaint of the petitioner-Union is that the respondents are not following the judgment of the Apex Court in B.V.Sivaiah vs. K.Addanki Babu1.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the aforesaid judgment while effecting promotions. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
