When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 15.04.2015 to the official respondents, but no action has been taken on the said representation despite lapse of considerable length of time.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to issue necessary directions to the official respondents to take action as per law. Recording the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the official respondents to verify the representation, dated 15.04.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
