As against the comprehensive survey or for survey afresh, the counsel seeks liberty to work out remedies in accordance with law.

Liberty as prayed for is granted. The refusal to entertain the writ petition ought not to be understood as this Court is expressing a view on the merits of the matter.

Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
