Learned Government Pleader produced the pension payment orders sanctioning pension by the Accountant General. This Court is satisfied that the order is complied and the contemnors are discharged. Contempt proceedings are closed. However, it is always open to the petitioners to work out their remedies if amounts are not released by the competent authority.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed.
