THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.17057 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue a Writ, order of direction, one or more particularly in the nature of the writ of "Mandamus" declare the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to run their theatres as per the rates mentioned in their applications though the G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 26.04.2013 issued by the 1st respondent is setaside by virtue of orders passed in WP.No.18779 of 2014 and batch dated 31.10.2016 allowing the cinema theatres to run as per the rates informed to the licensing authority as illegal and arbitrary and to permit the petitioners to collect price deemed appropriate by them as per their application dated 30.04.2018 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) representing the respondents are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 31.10.2016, in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated orders.

Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated order, dated 31.10.2016, in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
