At the time of hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner represents that though a letter has been addressed to the petitioner, the same has been returned with an endorsement that the addressee died, and no other person came forward on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, since no steps are being taken, the writ petition is dismissed, as having been abated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
