O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to release the vehicles (1) tractor and trolly bearing Nos. TS - 07 - UA - 6111 and TS 07 UA 6110 and (2) Tractor and trolly bearing Nos. TS 07 UA 2479 and AP 28X - 6794 involved in C.C.No.15/2016 on the file of Judicial First class Magistrate, Tandur, Rangareddy District, on the ground that the trial court is not functioning.

C.C.No.15/2016 is pending on the file of the trial court. The trial court is not functioning on account of strike, cannot be a ground to move this court. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to file appropriate petition before the trial court seeking the necessary relief for release of vehicle and on such petition being filed, the trial court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

The criminal petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS ------------------------ ----
