HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17094 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made a complaint to the 2nd respondent on 07-04-2018. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions states that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was found to be of civil in nature. As such, no action was taken and the same was informed to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same and says that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of Apex Court judgment in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in terms of guidelines laid down in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh if not already taken. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
