This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons and in the circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray in the interests of justice that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records, pertaining to order dated 14.11.2003 in O.A. No.1274 of 2003 on the file of Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and unconstitutional and declare the same as void ab initio, null and void and no nest in the eyes of law and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Registry has posted this Writ Petition under the caption 'Covered Matters'.

Mr. R.S. Murthy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Central Government, submitted that a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 04.10.2005 in Writ Petition No.908 of 2004 and batch allowed the Writ Petitions and set-aside the order similar to the one impugned in this Writ Petition. Following the said common order, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order is set-aside. As a sequel to disposal of this Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. No.11002 of 2004 shall stand closed as infructuous.
