Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie nature of accusation contained in the F.I.R, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Therefore, the investigation shall continue. In case Charge sheet is filed and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, they are at liberty to seek for quashment of the proceedings at that stage. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
