THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.17070 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri E.Ajay Reddy holding for Mr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy for petitioners.

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "............Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st and 2nd respondent in considering the representation dated 24.02.2016 submitted by the petitioners herein requesting for deletion of the subject land in Sy.Nos.308, 310, 315 to 317, 324, 326, 326, 328 and 332 of Athvelly Village belonging to the writ petitioners herein from the review taken up by the Government in Memo No.35849/JA-1/2003 and to vacate the stay orders dated 20.03.2003 passed by the 1st respondent in the above memo in so far as subject land at Athvelly is concerned as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 & 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to forthwith consider the representation dated 24-02-2016 in accordance with law....."

Mr.Ajay Reddy made his submissions for considerable length of time to impress upon this Court that the petitioners are not praying for substantive relief but petitioners are content, if a direction is issued to respondents to look into the representation dated 24.02.2016 and pass orders.

The attention of the Court has been drawn to peruse the annexures filed by the petitioners. Mr.Ajay Reddy taking note of the circumstances and also that the issue is still pending before the Government seeks liberty to send reminder and leave open the remedies available in law to petitioners. The statement is placed on record and accepted. Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
