Petitioner fairly states that the proceeding impugned in the writ petition is appealable before the Joint Collector, Kurnool.
The reason offered by petitioner for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that the Joint Collector in the very same matter has applied his mind and issued directions, which resulted in the present impugned in the writ petition. 2.
This Court has no reason to doubt that as and when an appeal is presented, the Joint Collector, Kurnool, will consider the merits of the appeal de horse the instructions/ directions already issued in this behalf.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
