THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19617 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent Tahsildar to take necessary steps for mutation of the names of the petitioners in respect of their property in Survey No. 424 of Mallapur Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, as per the order dated 16.02.2019 of the 3rd respondent. The case of the petitioners is that though they submitted representations dated 28.02.2019 and 30.07.2019, the same also have not been considered so far.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the 3rd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer had already vide order dated 16.02.2019 directed the 4th respondent to conduct de novo inquiry and pass appropriate orders duly examining the claim of the appellants over the private lands with reference to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and TSRIL & PPB Act, 1971 and the government interest under Section 22(A) of the Registration Act, 1908 duly observing the principles of natural justice while following the procedure prescribed under Section 5(3) of the T.S. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules framed thereunder, without going into the merits of the matter, the 4th respondent Tahsildar is directed to implement the order of the 3rd respondent, expeditiously, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any stand closed.
