This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.46 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Udayagiri Police Station, Nellore District.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Court of Session, SPSR Nellore. Permission is granted. 3.
