The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the issue involved in the writ petition relates to fixation of pay and that in view of the interim order and the retirement of the writ petitioner from service, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition as the relief worked out for itself. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
