The limited grievance of the petitioners in this Revision is that the petitioners filed I.A.No.698 of 2015 in O.S.No.327 of 2009 on the file of II-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, praying to condone the delay of 1937 days in filing petition under Order IX Rule 13 of Code of Civil Procedure, so far the said I.A., is not disposed of.

Having regard to the said grievance, the learned II-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, is requested to expedite the hearing of I.A.No.698 of 2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
