O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities failed to file a charge sheet in Crime No.362 of 2011 on the file of Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, and that they were not conducting a proper investigation.

Relying on the written instructions dated 07.08.2015 furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that Crime No.362 of 2011 was registered on the file of Amberpet Police Station under Section 380 IPC upon the petitioner's complaint. However, upon a detailed investigation, the police authorities found no grounds to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was filed before the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, on 04.08.2015 vide SR No.2730 of 2015 referring the case as 'undetected'. Notice in this regard was stated to have been given to the petitioner/complainant by registered post on 15.07.2015.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to inaction on the part of the policeauthorities is shown to be without basis. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the final conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, it is for her to take appropriate measures before the competent criminal Court in accordance with law.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 17th AUGUST, 2015 PGS
