Sri Ch.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioners in these cases, addressed letters to the Registry stating that the petitioners instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petitions reserving liberty to them to file fresh cases against the subsequent Memo issued by the Tahsildar, Rebbana Mandal, Kumram Bheem-Asifabad District. Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
