In spite of listing the cases in advance, in many of them, the petitioner's counsel is not present, forcing this Court to list the same again under the caption 'for dismissal', resulting in mounting pressure on the Registry apart from frittering away the precious judicial time. Henceforth, it may be noted, the cases will not be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' if the advocate concerned is not present when the case is called and the same will be dismissed straightaway presuming that the advocate is not interested in pursuing the matter.
