HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.591 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.609 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to Family Court, Vijayawada for disposal in accordance with law.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is represented that subsequent to filing of this transfer O.P., both wife and husband amicably resolved their disputes and they approached Family Court for recording the same, but the Family Court could not proceed further in view of the stay granted by this Court in Tr.CMP.MPNo.772 of 2013 on 13.11.2013. Since both parties are living together and amicably resolved their disputes and they want to withdraw the main O.P No.609 of 2013 from Family Court, Secunderabad, no orders are necessary in the present transfer O.P.

4. Recording the submissions of both sides, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of directing Family Court, Secunderabad to dispose of O.P No.609 of 2013. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
