The grievance of the petitioners in all the batch of Writ petitions is that even the admitted amounts payable to the petitioners for the works executed by them were not paid.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for Warangal Municipality appearing for respondents 3 to 5 in all the Writ Petitions submitted that in pursuance of the interim orders and as a consequence of release of amounts by the District Collector, Warangal District, the amounts payable to the petitioners were already paid.

In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed and the cause does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 07.12.2016 KA
