The matter came for hearing on 26-2-2016 & 16-03-2016 and as on all these occasions, learned counsel for the petitioners was not present, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, in spite of the matter being listed "for dismissal", none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on his behalf.

2. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
