The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging G.O.Ms.No.197, revenue (Assn-I) Department dated 5.5.2016 and for the said purpose, he filed WPMP.No.22372 of 2016 in W.P.No.16123 of 2016.

Permission accorded and miscellaneous petition is ordered and consequently the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
