THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41230 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a Memo, dated 27.02.2017 stating as follows:

"The petitioners are withdrawing the writ petition on the assurance of the respondents that they will allow the petitioners for participation in the future tenders. Hence the petitioners pray this Hon'ble court to permit them to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate their case afresh if necessary."

In view of the aforesaid Memo, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as they sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
