As the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner, Sircilla Municipality to take action against respondent No.3 in trespassing into her property in question and making construction, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to workout the appropriate civil remedies against the alleged trespass as well as recovery of the land in which respondent No.3 is alleged to be making construction. It is made clear that if there are any deviations in making the construction by respondent No.3, respondent No.2 shall take action in accordance with law.
