Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri P.Keshava Rao, standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

2. The petitioner prays for mandamus, directing respondents to consider and process the application of petitioner dated 30/12/2014 for construction of school building consisting of cellar, stilt plus four upper floors, admeasuring 2335 sq.yards situated in H.No. 1-7-778/8/1, Ramnagar, Hyderabad, without insisting upon 'no objection certificate' from District Collector, Hyderabad.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the authority to call upon application to produce 'no objection certificate' is no more res integra in view of the decision of this Court in HYDERABAD POTTERIES CASE.

4. Having regard to the principle of law laid down in the above case, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the application dated 30/12/2014 without reference to 'no objection certificate' and process the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
