HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7336 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he purchased land admeasuring Ac.0.84 cents, covered by Survey No.838 of Machavaram Revenue Village in Kandukur Mandal of Prakasam District from his vendor under registered sale deed bearing document No.1972 of 2013, dated 25.06.2013 for a valuable consideration and has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land from the date of purchase. Petitioner's vendor was also granted pattadar pas books and title deed. While so, when the petitioner noticed non mutation of his name in the online web land revenue records, he submitted an application through AP Online dated 08.08.
2016 to the 4th respondent with a request to mutate his name in all online computerized land revenue records including Adangal Pahanies and Record of Rights and to grant E-Pattadar Pass Book-cum-Title Deed in respect of the subject land. As the 4th respondent did not act upon the same, petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.11.2016 to the 4th respondent duly marking copy thereof to the 3rd respondent informing that his AP Online application was pending consideration. But, the 4th respondent did not take any action on the same, till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
