THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.16754 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the proceedings of the District Collector (Pt.Wing), Medak at Sangareddy bearing No.69/2007/A7-Pts, dated 09.07.2007 inter alia complaining that pursuant to the said proceedings, heavy charges are being collected from the owners of the Trucks and Lorries at Charminar Breweries Factory on the ground that the road of the Gram Panchayat is being adversely affected. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both the sides, having pointed out the contents of the last paragraph of the said proceeding wherein it was stated that auction is to be conducted to collect the charges from the vehicles for one year, would submit that since the said one year period had elapsed no cause survives for adjudication and that, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
