When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 submits that since charge sheet has already been filed in the present Crime No.64 of 2019 of the SHO, Srirampur Police Station, Adilabad District, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
