Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the prescribing of a condition of successful candidate being within "top 20 percentile of successful candidates in Class XII examination conducted by the respective boards in respective categories" by the respondents No.
1 to 5 for admission into participating IITs as arbitrary, unreasonable, unjust, unfair, discriminatory, biased and in violation of the petitioner's fundamental rights guaranteed by Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to direct the respondents to admit the petitioner into the courses offered by the IITs based on their preference and ranking in JEE (Advanced) 2013 category of Persons with Physical Disability or in the alternative to declare the action of the respondents No.
by Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to direct the respondents No. 3 to 5 to admit the Petitioner into the B Tech Courses in to the IITs based on their ranking in JEE (Advanced) 2013."

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 would submit that in the light of the order sought in the Writ Petition, no further cause would survive in the present Writ Petition and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4.
Taking into consideration the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
