This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not causing arrest of respondents 4 and 5 and not filing final report in spite of registration of Crime No.129 of 2019, dated 14.05.2019, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, police filed charge sheet before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, (Special Mobile), Khammam, and C.C.No.535 of 2019 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous. 5.
