HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20937 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed by one Babula Suthar seeking production of his daughter, Miss. Mali Suthar, contending that she has been illegally detained by respondent No.4. It appears that Miss. Mali Suthar and respondent No.4 are minors. They were together in school. Though Miss. Mali Suthar told us that she was made to drink something, which made her unconscious, and thereafter taken to Nellore and then to Guntur, we do not wish to express any opinion in respect thereof in these proceedings.

In the morning, we requested Padmasri Smt. Sunitha Krishnan to counsel Miss. Mali Suthar and also talk to her parents. She accordingly spent more than two - three hours with Miss. Mali Suthar and her parents and placed report for our consideration. We have taken the report on record and noticed the observations made by her. We also interacted with Smt. Sunitha Krishnan. Miss. Mali expressed her desire to go with her parents. After talking to her for some time in our chamber, and perusing the report, we again interacted with Miss. Mali Suthar and her parents. We are satisfied that Miss. Mali Suthar can be allowed to go with her parents. Order accordingly.

Miss. Mali Suthar has agreed to meet Smt. Sunitha Krishnan on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. for a period of one - two months. Her parents also have agreed to take their daughter to meet Smt. Sunitha Krishnan on every Monday, as aforementioned.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Court Officer is directed to keep the report of Smt. Sunitha Krishnan in sealed cover and handover the same to the Registrar (Judicial). Registrar (Judicial) shall not give access to the report and/or issue copy, ordinary or certified, to any person without permission of the Court. Registrar (Judicial) shall preserve the report at least for three years.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
