The petitioner herein is not a party in the said Writ Petition and M/s. Devi 70 MM theatre is party in the said Writ Petition. When questioned as to the locus of the petitioner to file this Contempt Case, no satisfactory explanation is offered by the counsel for the petitioner. 3.
