THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1326 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by this Court in PIL No.214 of 2014. By the said order, this Court directed the Government to constitute Committees under the Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 (for short, 'the Act of 2002'), within a timeframe. It is now stated by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the State that G.O.Ms.No.9, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (RD) Department, dated 29.01.2016, has been issued constituting the State Level Authority and G.O.Ms.No.10, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (RD) Department, dated 29.01.2016, has been issued constituting the District Level Authorities under the provisions of the Act of 2002.

In the light of the afore-stated development, the order passed by this Court stands complied with and no cause is made out for exercise of contempt jurisdiction.
