Heard Sri A.Ushi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anjali Agarwal, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and 3rd respondents have entered into Merge Agreement dated 26.05.2018 and writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the said agreement.

The petitioner and 3rd respondent are present, who are identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Merge Agreement between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent dated 26.05.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
