THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1371 of 2004 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule houses bearing Nos.6-39, 6-37, 6-41, 6-36, C3-39-202 respectively in Survey No.486 situated at Gandhi Colony, Behind YWCA, Picket, Secunderabad. Later on, the fourth petitioner wanted to withdraw the Writ Petition and the same was permitted on 01.07.2009.

This Court, by order dated 23.01.2004, granted stay of demolition of houses of the petitioners. Though the said order has been in operation till today, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the houses have come up and the petitioners might have consented for the construction of the Vambay houses on the land belonging to them. It is also represented that there are no instructions from the clients. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of. No costs.
