It is represented by learned counsel for the parties that in similar circumstances, an order dated 17.03.2021 was passed by this court in W.P.No.23670 of 2019 and the present writ petition may also be disposed of on the same lines.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to review the order of suspension issued against the petitioner, strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.2285 dated 18.05.2012, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
