THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKAER REDDY W.P.M.P.NO.5929 OF 2012 & WRIT PETITION NO.26341 OF 2011 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to consider the representation, dt.24.02.2011 submitted by hand and through registered post, seeking to exempt the lands of the petitioners in R.S.Nos.140, 148/1A, 148/2, 148/2A, 149/1, 149/2A, 149/2B, 149/3A, 149/3B, admeasuring Ac 8.59 cents in total, situated at Jakkampudi Village, Vijayawada Rural, Krishna District by declaring the inaction of the respondents in keeping the representation pending as being arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 28.09.2011 granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.32521 of 2011 to the following effect:

"Notice.

There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider representation of the petitioners dated 24.02.2011 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of

four weeks from the date of receipt of this order." The main prayer in the writ petition and the interim application is one and the same.

Since there is already a direction, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners, dt.24.02.2011 and pass appropriate orders, if not already passed. It is also made clear that when once the interim order is there, a separate application for implementing the same does not arise. Hence, the present application is dismissed. If the petitioners have any grievance against the orders to be passed by the respondents, they can challenge the same by availing appropriate remedy available to them. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
