THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1301 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 28.02.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.30853 of 2016.

By way of aforesaid order, this Court directed the first respondent herein to take further action in accordance with law and if the allegations of the petitioner are found to be true, he should take necessary action, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In the present case, an affidavit is filed by the first respondent stating that the respondent Corporation filed C.C. SR. No.2803 of 2018 in the Court of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, against the fourth respondent in the Writ Petition under Section 461(4) of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the said case is pending. As it is stated that action has already been initiated, it can be said that the aforesaid order of this Court stands complied with.

CKR, J C.C.No.1301 of 2018 Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Learned Special Government Pleader has produced before this Court the photographs and handed over the same to the petitioner for safe-keeping.
