This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned II Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kothagudem, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District to dispose of C.C.No.520 of 2013 within a reasonable time.

Since the relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Magistrate to dispose of above CC, the learned II Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kothagudem, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District is directed to dispose of C.C.No.520 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
