Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the respondents are not disbursing/releasing the amount of Rs.49,597/- along with interest at 24% per annum which was due and payable to the petitioner for the completed work under Flood Damage Repair Scheme vide proceedings, dated 02.01.2008.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj produced the written instructions, dated 22.11.2018, furnished to him by the Executive Engineer showing that the bill was paid on 26.11.2013 vide Voucher No.187, dated 26.11.2013, in other words within three months after filing of the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
