THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTSICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3627 OF 2014 ORDER:

Perused the Memo dated 30.06.2016 filed by the General Power of Attorney Holder of the revision petitioner and signed by the learned counsel Sri J. Ravindra stating that the revision petitioner wishes to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Today, by separate orders made in C.R.P.M.P.No.4164 of 2016, this Court had permitted the General Power of Attorney holder of the revision petitioner, who is no other than her son, to appear and act on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner reiterated the submissions in the aforesaid Memo.

4. In view of the submissions now made and the submissions in Memo dated 30.06.2016, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
